From a small twenty-person presentation to a trade show with several hundred visitors. Is photo and video coverage included? It can be, or added as an extra depending on your needs. How far in advance should we contact you? Ideally six to eight weeks for a medium-sized event. Do you work with our usual vendors? Yes, we can coordinate your existing vendors or suggest our own.
